RENTAL INCLUSIONSThe following is included complimentary with your rental:
- Telus-Wireless internet
- Catering Space
- Indoor and outdoor usable space
- Main floor is fully wheelchair accessible
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Post event cleaning: The event space is to be left as the client has received it. There is a post-event cleaning charge of $150.00 plus GST. If the event requires additional cleaning due to the condition it has been left in, additional cleaning charges are $50.00 per hour will be charged.
Security fees $45.00/attendant minimum 4hrs. for events over 100 people
Additional set-up and tear-down time for event rentals $45.00/hour (outside of contracted rate)
Hourly rental rate, $350.00/hour, with a two-hour 2-hour minimum charge, applicable for photo shoots and non-event rentals only
CATERING
We provided a list of the following caterers as a resource for our clients. Each provides a range of services and bring their experience in hosting and providing their services at the SHORE PIER. These companies offer seamless, professional, and exquisite experience, through their offerings. Pricing is unique to each company. These options are in no way an exclusive listing, and clients can bring in vendors who are not on this list. The SHORE PIER makes no representation on behalf of the companies within this listing other than providing resources for our clients. Please contact these vendors to explore options.
All caterers must register with the SHORE PIER before being authorized to use or cater through the facility. Caterers will pay a LANDMARK fee to the SHORE PIER for registration and use per event. There are no exceptions to this policy and we do not allow self-catering at our facility.

LIQUOR SERVICE
The Shore Pier is not a Liquor Primary or Food Primary License holder. For clients to be able to serve liquor at their event, a BC Special Occasion License is required, or alternately, hiring a catering company that has the liquor license and providing it as part of their catering contract with the client. The SHORE PIER will require proof of Liquor Licensing prior to an event showing their licensing requirements have been met for liquor service. If Liquor is served at the event, minors present at the event must be accompanied by an adult.
